Hi, I’m Shelly! I help moms trying to feed their families a whole-food diet rich in produce to slash their food budgets, and get out of the kitchen and on with their lives.

  • I walk with you, sharing the step-by-step system I used to cut our food bill by $12,000/ year. 
  • Each step is interactive and gives you concrete, action-based tasks to help you get started on lowering your food bill right away.
  • The system is realistic and down to earth. Each step factors in the time and energy you have available to spend on food at that time.

  • Respecting the amount of time and energy you have available to spend on food

My Vision

  My passion is to help families reduce their food bill so they can accomplish their real financial goals – not just spend all their extra money $ at the grocery store. Though I want to help all families realize this, I am especially passionate about helping families with food allergies feed their families safely and quickly on a sensible budget. I want to bust the myth that you have to spend a fortune to eat whole foods.
