    >> If my family eats a         diet, will this work for us? 

    YES! The recipes can very easily be made free from the top 8 allergens (milk, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, fish, crustacean shellfish, wheat and soy). If you don’t have any all (or any) of these food allergies or sensitivities in your home, you can add these types of ingredients to your meals. For example, you can purchase cheese and sour cream to go on your tacos or use soy sauce instead of coconut aminos.  

    >> Who’s my assistant that can do the prep? 

    Your assistant can be anyone you hire to help in your home or a new hire to complete the prep and batch instructions for you once per week. It could also be an older child, spouse, or yourself (if you find time that week to complete the prep work). 

    >> What skills does my assistant need to have? Do they need to be a chef? 

    You do NOT need a chef! Your assistant needs some basic knowledge of the kitchen and basic cooking skills. Here are a few of the tasks the assistant will perform: chopping vegetables, assembling a whole chicken in the pressure cooker, cooking a large batch of ground meat on the stove.
